B. Roosevelt University Summer Dorm Rooms

At Roosevelt we have the following rooms reserved (which can be modified later)

50 single rooms reserved with XL twin beds. Four adjacent rooms share one bathroom which can be locked from the inside. Also shared room options with two beds in two rooms (with one shared bathroom).

Cost: $100 per night (plus Chicago hotel tax rate at 17%)

Two Options:

Single bedroom in a shared suite $100 per night
Shared bedroom in a shared suite (no more than 2 persons in a shared room) $90 per night per person

Standard linen service is provided with your room rates. Bedrooms include extra-long twin beds, desk with chair, armoire with padlock latches, adjustable thermostat, LAN connections, TV/cable ready outlets, micro-fridge available for rent. Guests will have access to the building’s recreation area, dining center, floor kitchens and laundry facilities. Pots, pans, dishes, flatware and utensils are not included.

Free wifi throughout the building. Air conditioning. Fitness room.

If needed, we can get a courtesy block of 20 rooms here for $279.00 per night. The rate includes hi-speed WIFI access, 2 bottles of water in each guest room, a voucher for a complimentary glass of wine for each night of the guests’ stay.
